This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
1) I don't update often and 2) I'm not really as good as people seem to think.
I just got my work blasted by a critic and I couldn't defend myself because he was right. My work is extremely generic and repetitive and lacks that "extra polish" that comes with work done by a professional. It relies on cheap moeblob power to attract viewers and distract them from the lack of technical skill. Eight years after art school, I've seen my classmates move on to become successful professional artists while I... well, I program in C#.
While the critic was "right," I think that the issue in question could be solved pretty easily. Your "strength" isn't the one generic face, and it's also not what you've spent the most time investing in the development of. As I understand it, you are very good at backgrounds and at positioning human figures. I think if you just spent some time messing with different faces (especially older faces), your art would leap forward several bounds.
This is where I disagree with that guy on Danbooru: your technical skill isn't lacking. The moeblob power distracts from its presence.

There's nothing to tell...
In my eyes you're still a bot.
Hello, I hope you don't mind, I just wanted to say; I've seen your art here while browsing through, and I think you have a wonderful style. It is very beautiful. I hope to see more of it in the future. ]:3 ~Cafcow.

Anyway, your arts are amazing!
