From "Magic the Gathering Onslaught Block", referencing original illustrations by Ron Spears and Kev Walker.

After the death of his girlfriend Nivea at the hands of the evil Phage the Untouchable, the young wizard Ixidor's grief and anger grew out of control and literally came alive. And so Akroma, Angel of Wrath, was born. An avatar of vengeance, Akroma's only goal was the destruction of Phage and Phage's dark masters in the Cabal. Not at all kind and noble like normal angels, Akroma could be as devious and cruel as her enemies. In the end, she caused a war that tore apart the land of Otaria.

MtG is awesome. They remade Akroma for the newest (Time Spiral) block. How cool is that? :D

I played Magic two weeks ago and my friend played a Time Spiral Reprint Akroma against me. Even though it hurt, it was still pretty cool.

Thanks. The cuteness comes from watching Pita-Ten too much.

Yeah, I'd get one, if they weren't going for 25USD each at just about every place i check. Bleh. Flava cards are always expensive. :-/

GORGEOUS work! I love how you incorporated your own style, and still managed to capture the characters! Wonderful job! ^_^

Nice rendition of the characters. I like. :)

Akroma is back in the tournament scene, too. Crazy reprints in Time Spiral. o.0
